Xiaomi 13 Pro: The Latest Flagship Smartphone Set to Sweep the Global Market

Xiaomi has recently launched their highly anticipated flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 13 Pro, at the Mobile World Congress 2023 in Barcelona, Spain.

This new addition follows the initial release of the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro in China last year, making it the first time the company is marketing their devices globally.

Global Release and Market Availability

As soon as the Xiaomi 13 Pro made its debut in Barcelona, it quickly became available in both Europe and Asia. However, there is still no clear indication if the same device will also hit the United States market.

Cutting-Edge Features and Technologies

The Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro have been hailed as the best flagship smartphones made by the Chinese technology giant. Among its notable features, the device boasts of a Leica camera lens that delivers exceptional photo quality.

Both models are also equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, although what sets the Xiaomi 13 Pro apart is its one-inch sensor found in the Xiaomi 12S Ultra. In addition, the Xiaomi 13 Pro is also fitted with 120W fast-charging technology.

The Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro are both equipped with 120Hz OLED screens. The Xiaomi 13 comes with a 6.3-inch 1080p screen while the Xiaomi 13 Pro boasts a larger 6.7-inch 1440p LTPO screen.

Both devices are rated IP68 for water and dust resistance, and support 50W wireless charging.

Release and Pricing

The Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro are scheduled to go on sale worldwide on March 8, 2023. The Xiaomi 13 will retail at €999, while the Xiaomi 13 Pro will be available for €1,299.
